The Helix Dawn is the firm Core hybrid designed for back and stomach sleepers. On Helix's 1-10 firmness scale it feels like an 8: you lie on top of the surface without sinking in, which helps keep the hips lifted and the spine aligned for back and stomach sleeping positions.
It combines premium comfort foams with a core of individually wrapped coils to support the spine and hips while still relieving pressure. Built with input from ergonomic scientists and sleep specialists, the hybrid design emphasizes firm, on-top support. The mattress stands roughly 11.5 inches tall and ships with the standard Breathe Knit cover.
