Sleep Loft Internal Order Alerts

The Sleep Loft Internal Order Alerts program sends recurring automated transactional SMS notifications to authorized The Sleep Loft personnel when a Shopify order is created. Alerts can include the order amount, sales location, sales channel, and salesperson tag. This is a private internal operations program and is not a customer marketing program.

Consent and eligibility

Only authorized The Sleep Loft personnel who directly provide their mobile number to the business administrator and affirmatively agree to receive these alerts are enrolled. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, making a purchase, or receiving any unrelated service. By enrolling, a recipient confirms that they control the mobile number provided. Consent applies only to this internal order-alert program.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on Shopify order activity and can be up to one alert per order. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After opting out, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient separately opts in again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by the recipient's carrier and is outside The Sleep Loft's control.

Privacy

Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the SMS Privacy Policy for details.
